During last Sunday's service we were introduced to Pastor Albert Anderson and his family, who were staying at the house of our own Connie Miles, as he prepared to run in the Boston Marathon.

As pastor at the Howard Christian Center in Eastover, SC, he is one of many South Carolinians who have come to run in the Boston Marathon. See the link below where his name appears 4th on the list.

Yes, it is here again. If you feel it seems sooner this year you would be right again. Last year the federal government instituted changes in the period for Daylight Saving Time (DST) in an effort to ameliorate the effect of higher gasoline prices.
