Does God have the capacity to forget?
NO! God can not forget, when scripture says "And God Remembered..." It means that God Acted.
Over and over again in scripture it says God remembered so and so. God remembered Abraham & Lot, and when He did, God brought them out of the destruction of Sodom & Gomorrah. It says God remembered Rachel, who could not have children, and then she bore a son and named him "Joseph". Scripture says God remembered Hannah, and she bore a son which she named "Samuel" because I asked of God for him. And scripture says God remembered Noah, and gave him dry land after the flood.
So on this day, it is a good thing that God "remembered" because it means God acted. Let that be your prayer today, God please remember me!
Because the tomb is empty!
