Dear Sisters & Brothers:
Life has a way of throwing us some curve balls…in some of our lives it seems like it is all the time. Storms have a way of popping up in our lives…they normally come not when we get into the boat but when we are already on the lake.
The great news is that God sees us on the lake from the shoreline…we are called to keep rowing in the midst of the storm…always putting the oars of faith and hope in the water. I believe God not only wants to take us to a new level, which means revealing himself in new ways in our lives of what he can and will do in our lives. But I also believe God wants us to go to a new dimension. He wants us to get out of the boat. Understand that God can and will empower us to act. Now is the time to open up ourselves to the work of the Holy Spirit in our lives. It is then that we exercise FAITH THAT WORKS on WATER!
