In many of the discussions involving the Framingham School Reorganization, you may have heard the name "Race To The Top" mentioned several times.  This highlight will provide you some background if you are unfamiliar with this program.

Last year as part of the $787 billion American Recovery & Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA), President Obama announced the Race To The Top program to support education progress within the states.  Below are several links that provide an overview of this program.
