IT'S TIME TO PRAISE THE LORD

It's time to praise the Lord

Oh it's time to praise the Lord

Oh no, don't you wait, it might be too late

It's time to praise the Lord

It's time to magnify Him

Oh it's time to magnify Him

Oh no, don't you wait, it might be too late

It's time to magnify Him

Oh-oh-oh

Just can't stop praising Him

Just can't stop praising Him

Just can't stop praising the Lord

EVERY PRAISE

Every praise is to our God

Every word of worship on one accord

Every praise, every praise is to our God

Sing Hallelujah to our God

Glory Hallelujah is due our God

Every praise, every praise is to our God

God my savior

God my healer

God my deliverer

Yes He is!  Yes He is!

HE HAS DONE GREAT THINGS

He has done great things for me

Great things, great things

He has done great things for me

He has made a way for me

Made a way, made a way

He has made a way for me

He will give you victory

Victory, victory

He will give you victory

I’m gonna be a witness for Him

Witness, witness

I’m gonna be a witness for Him

I’m gonna let my little light shine

Shine, shine

I’m gonna let my little light shine

I LOVE YOU LORD TODAY

I love you, I love you, I love you Lord today

Because you cared for me in such a special way

That’s why I praise you, I lift you up, and I magnify your name

That’s why my heart is filled with praise

My heart, my mind, my soul belongs to you

You paid the price for me way back on Calvary

That’s why I praise you, I lift you up, and I magnify your name

That’s why my heart is filled with praise

TOTAL PRAISE

Lord I will lift mine eyes to the hills

Knowing my help is coming from You

Your peace You give me in time of the storm

Amen.

I'M LOOKING FOR A MIRACLE

I'm looking for a miracle

I expect the impossible

I feel the intangible &

I see the invisible

The Sky is the limit to what I can have

The Sky is the limit to what I can have

The Sky is the limit to what I can have

Just believe and receive it

God will perform it today

Hey, Hey, Hey

Just believe and receive it

God will perform it today

I expect a miracle every day,

God will make a way out of no way

Pastor’s Aide Occasion Statement

~ September 15, 2024 ~

The Pastor’s Aide Ministry is about praise and worship. We have set aside this 3rd Sunday in September to celebrate the Pastor’s Aide Ministry. This ministry was created within the Greater Framingham Community Church over 31 years ago. Today, we give thanks to God our father for this opportunity to recommit and rededicate ourselves to the service of God through the ministry of servanthood to Our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, our Pastor, our Ministerial Staff, our Church, and our Community. The Pastor’s Aide Ministry work can be traced back to the services of Mary, Phoebe, and Priscilla.

Recognizing the Pastors are a gift from God, we therefore understand our Pastor’s commitment to preach the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Reverend Dr. J. Anthony Lloyd’s commitment, in today’s world, requires an ever-increasing excellence of ministry. He believes the Church is called to provide a ministry that unwraps individuals and families from the entrapments and entanglements of sin. Our Pastor’s day is often long and demanding. The Pastor’s Aide is there to fill the gap, to provide encouragement, a meal and prayers.

As GFCC celebrates this “Year of Authentic Faith and Highest Praise”, Hebrews 11:6, our ministry has chosen the theme “Service through Faith, Hope and Courage in Changing Times”, James 2:14-17. The Pastor’s Aide Ministry takes this moment to renew our commitment to helping our Pastor carry on the work of Kingdom building. We support and care for him as a Servant of the Lord.

Our Pastor’s Aide Ministry mission statement is derived from 1 Corinthians and reads:

“Our solemn responsibility is one of commitment to our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, our Pastor and to you the Greater Framingham Community Church. We understand our unique position as a FAITHFUL SERVANT of God to uphold the Church’s principle’s, practices and policies; based upon the Bible as God’s authoritative and inspired word.” Our motto is “Ministry in a More Excellent Way.”

With loving hearts, we once again commemorate the dedication and service of three of our departed servants, Sister Mae Martin, Sister Jewel Dotson, and Sister Mavis Chung, who have gone before us to higher ground. We walk in their footsteps and shall never forget them and their giving and loving spirits.

We take this opportunity to thank you, “GFCC”, for your generosity and unwavering support. Please keep us in your prayers as we strive to fulfill our calling on this Christian journey in caring for the Pastor.

Guest Preacher

~ Minister Taylor Perry Biography ~

Minister Taylor Perry, a native of Boston, Massachusetts, was born on June 5th, 1998, to Bishop Robert C. Perry II and Danette Perry. She is a dedicated worship leader and preacher serving faithfully under the leadership of her father, who is the Senior Pastor of Kingdom Builders’ Worship Center. As a pastor’s kid, she has been actively involved in ministry from a young age, but it wasn’t until 2020 that she fully embraced her personal call to ministry.

In addition to leading worship, Taylor serves in youth ministry. Her heart for ministry

extends beyond the stage, as she actively works to foster intergenerational discipleship within the church.

Taylor graduated from Hampton University with a bachelor’s degree in business administration, which has equipped her with the skills to navigate both the spiritual and administrative aspects of ministry. Currently, she is pursuing her master’s in Christian ministries at Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary, CUME, with a focus on deepening her knowledge of the Word and furthering her leadership in urban ministry.

A gifted musician and songwriter, Taylor Perry recently released her debut single, *Save Me*, available on all media platforms. The song, a reflection of her personal journey of faith and trust in God, has touched many lives.

Passionate about growing in her calling, Taylor is committed to impacting lives through worship, preaching, and sharing the gospel. She is excited to see how God will continue to use her to build His kingdom and bring hope to those in need.
